Complete Rental Application

• An application for each adult over the age of 18 is required. 
• An application fee of $30 is required for each application. Note, an application fee is not required to view property or complete application or speak with someone. Paying for application fee before viewing property is not recommended. 

Rental Requirements

• Each applicant must complete the application completely (all dates and clarity) . Incomplete applications will not be processed.
• If references on application cannot be verified, application can be denied. 
• False information on application will result in denial of application or termination of lease.
• Each applicant must provide a copy of driver's license or government issued ID.
• Proof of verifiable two months of income (copies of pay stubs or bank statements). Employers will be contacted.
• Income must be at least 3 times the rent amount.
• A minimum credit score of 630.  Your self-reported score will be first step in screening process.
• Contact information for current and previous landlords for verification purposes.
• Must be able to provide copies of current utility bills.
• Credit, Eviction and Criminal checks for each applicant will be investigated.
