 Rental Requirements

• Application fee of $30 for each adult 18 years or older (do not pay before communicating with us).
• Each applicant must complete the application completely. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
• If references on application cannot be verified, application can be denied. 
• False information on application will result in denial of application or termination of lease.
• Each applicant must provide a copy of their driver's license or government issued ID.
• Need proof of verifiable two months of income (copies of pay stubs or bank statements). Employers will be contacted.
• Income must be at least 3 times the rent amount.
• Provide contact information for current and previous landlords for contact purposes.
• Must be able to provide copies of current utility bills.
• If animals are allowed at this property, please provide a picture.
• Credit, Eviction and Criminal checks for each applicant will be investigated. Please note that your credit is not the most important factor, but it will be considered.
• An inspection of your current home may be required for final application approval.
