Our team consists of three family members with a combined 40 plus years of experience in property rental management, buying houses and multi-family units, property rehab and real estate sales. We have lived in this community most of our lives, with a couple of us growing up here.
We have rented, bought and sold property to members of the community primarily in O'Fallon, Shiloh, Scott Air Force Base (SAFB), Lebanon, Mascoutah, Fairview Heights and Belleville for 25 years. But there are several other towns in the St. Louis metro-east area where we have been involved.
